Since our first sale of a Local Area Network (LAN), small to medium sized LANs have become our domain.  We understand that not every business requires or can afford a costly, single purpose, dedicated server.  Yet, we always allow for growth to these systems for their inherent reliability and performance for our customers’ future needs.  

 We sell manufactured systems.  These permit us to offer nationwide warranties, bundled software, FCC certification and consistent configurations.  In addition, our customers gain yet another tier of security.  They are never reliant exclusively on Total Electronics’ staff for warranty and service.

Today we predominantly use one manufacturer for our computer systems.  Hewlett Packard/Compaq Commercial Products is the manufacturer of Proliant Servers, Ipaq handheld devices and the EVO line of commercial desktop and notebook products.  We chose Hewlett Packard due to their long history of customer satisfaction and commitment to their products.  They offer excellent warranties, great bundled software and will custom configure systems to our guidelines and the needs of our clients.  Using our experience in our service shop, we favor only components that possess proven reliability.

In addition to our Hewlett Packard Reseller Authorization, several years ago, we became a Microsoft Certified Partner.  This allows full access to both Microsoft’s technical support and training products and their beta and release candidate software offering, prior to their release to the public.  Our access to the primary hardware and software manufacturers in the world, allow us to intelligently help you plan for the future of your computer purchase.

Finally, our commitment to our original charter of supreme service has only deepened over the years.  We continue to offer an incomparable level of customer and product service and support.  While most manufacturers and dealers continue to trim support staff in order to maintain profit margins, Total Electronics has grown by supporting those same neglected customers.  As many of the same components show up in different manufacturer’s equipment, it is increasingly clear that your purchase is more dependent on Whom you buy from than what you buy.
